Plan Q4 + the Year Ahead Like a Chief Revenue Officer
The proven framework business owners use to map five quarters of potential revenue streams to get to your dream income level.
This sheet will help understand which revenue streams have the best margins, what price to really charge, and exactly what products and services to launch across every quarter
(including your real take home after taxes).
You'll know exactly what you'll need to charge to get to each new level of business.

You will go from
Planning Q4 by what feels safe to planning it by what help you grow your margins sustainably and with intention
A vague idea of a revenue goal to a per-revenue stream plan with amounts and prices
Personal and business expenses living in separate files to one view where they meet
Year-end tax surprises to a reserve you set aside every month for quarterly payments
The health of your business spread across many systems and tools to three scenarios you can compare in seconds
There are three scenarios that run through every tab.
- Starting, where you are today. Enter your current revenue and expense projects
- Then the "Halfway" point is the next step where you'll begin to expand your business (perhaps this is where you launch your new group program, mastermind, or a higher priced digital product upsell).
- And, finally, your Dream Business, version, which is that abundant, future where you business is meeting all of your deepest desires and goals
What's Inside the File
You'll get a copy of a Google Sheets file in one click. You can also export it from there as a CSV to use in Excel or with an AI agent.
Instructions: a short plain-language walkthrough so you know exactly where to start and how the tabs connect to each other
30K Ft View: the side-by-side rollup with the inline summary in the middle, in the layout the original version of this planner has been built around since I made the first one for myself (and works for my ADHD brain)
Annual Planner: the same data with the summary stack moved out to the far right, so you can pick whichever layout your brain reads more easily on any given week
Quarterly Planner: your main input workspace, where you do the real planning across five quarters with three scenarios per quarter, and where the sales counts and prices per revenue stream actually live
Tax Tracker: the state and federal reserve calculator that gives you monthly, quarterly, and yearly cadences per stream so you can plan your reserves alongside your revenue rather than after it
Why two views?
The whole file is built in the 2122 brand palette and was designed with neurodivergent and visual planners in mind, with color-coded inputs so it's easy to tell at a glance what you fill in, what auto-calculates, and what's pulling from another tab that you should leave alone. The 30k ft planner and annual planner present the same information in different formats. You can delete or hide whichever view doesn't work for you.
Hi, I'm Elizabeth
I spent twenty years in tech leadership, building partner programs and global communities across 180+ countries, and I went from generating $500K of revenue at my first startup while only earning $30K (because I couldn't articulate any of what I was building) to leading global product lines at $300K+ within eight years. What changed for me wasn't more credentials or more hustle, it was learning to model the math underneath the dream so I could make decisions from clarity instead of fear.
Today I run two companies, chair a nonprofit board, run an angel fund, and work a four-day week. I built this planner from the same model I use for my own business..

Can I get a refund? No, this is a digital download and is on sale for Q4. All sales are final.
Is this part of a bigger bundle? The Revenue Stream Pathway Planner is also included in Amy Hardie's Black Friday Notion Bundle. If you've already purchased that bundle, the code inside gets you the planner for free, and if you're not buying the bundle but want the planner on its own, this page is where you'd get it.
