I’ve been exactly where you are - “successful on paper,” but exhausted in reality.
After 20 years of traditional success at tech companies in San Francisco, Boston, and London, leading teams across 20+ countries and managing $100M+ in products, I hit my own breaking point.
I worked 60+ hour weeks for years (I even gave a presentation with a concussion). I found myself struggling with chronic illness, burnout, and a growing sense that there had to be more to life than pushing through exhaustion.
At a certain point, I started to wonder,
What has this all been for? What will my legacy be?
I had everything I was taught to want growing up. A respected title, huge job, a full calendar (that meant you were important!) until my body made the decision for me and made it impossible to continue, thanks to a chronic stress induced illness, and burnout.
So I took nine months off between jobs.
I regulated, I got specific about what I actually wanted, and I built the value language for what I'd already done.
I returned to the workforce making almost $100K more than my last role (even after 9 months off), because I could finally tell my story, name my value, and walk into the interview from a grounded and confident place instead of a desperate one.

Today, I'm a career pivot coach for senior leaders, especially women in leadership, who know they've outgrown the role and can't yet see what's next.
Our work integrates nervous system regulation, the language to articulate what you've actually built, and a financial plan that makes the move safe.
I spent three years learning the science behind the regulation work, traveling to places like Harvard's
teaching hospital and the Cleveland Clinic to work with coaches, clinicians, and researchers.
That training shaped the part of my method that career coaching usually skips: how to actually settle a depleted nervous system enough to think clearly about a hard decision.
The version of me that built the career in the first place is still there. I'm back to being someone who shows up at home as a real person instead of the leftover version. Back to making decisions on purpose rather than by default.
Your Transformation
The clients I work with are typically accomplished professionals who've achieved traditional success markers but find themselves:
Stuck in a role or company they've outgrown, with no clear sense of what's next
Depleted from years of running hot, with the health costs starting to show up
Caught in cycles of people-pleasing and overworking
Afraid to make changes due to financial concerns or lack of support
Uncertain how to transition without sacrificing income or stability
My approach isn't about quick fixes or simplistic "self-care" solutions. Together, we build a real plan: a translated version of your value, a regulated baseline you can decide from, and a financial floor with actual numbers under it.
The work runs on four pillars, the same four that show up across every client engagement no matter which "door" they walk through.
Nervous system regulation. Career decisions don't get made well from a depleted state. Before the strategy work can land, we settle the baseline. Evidence-based regulation techniques, used in service of decisions you can actually trust.
Strategic career and business mapping. The translation work that turns decades of impact into language that gets paid for, using the RIIO framework: Revenue, Impact, Influence, Outcome. Resume, LinkedIn, interview prep, and storytelling all rebuild from there.
Financial Freedom Planning. A real runway with real numbers, not a hope. What you need to earn, save, or bridge. The math that puts your unvested shares and benefits package in their actual place: not as the reason you can't leave, but as one variable in a bigger decision.
Decision frameworks built for you. Tools for choosing on purpose, not by default. Custom to how your mind actually works, how your energy actually runs, and what your real life is actually built around.
Breath work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping): Releasing stress and limiting beliefs at both conscious and subconscious levels
Beyond my lived experience, I've invested in becoming a credentialed coach through reputable institutions. My training includes:
Sleep, Rest, Recovery, and Performance coaching
Specialized training in ADHD coaching
Extensive study in neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation
Experience working with clients across tech, nonprofit, government, and entrepreneurial sectors
ICF-based and clinically backed certifications from prestigious medical institutions in Breath work, NLP, EFT, Polyvagal Theory, and more.
My coaching style is practical and direct. You can show up however you need to show up: from bed on a low-energy day, on a walk when you need to move, or sitting at your desk between meetings. The tools and frameworks adapt to how you actually work and live, not the other way around.
When you're not running on cortisol and undertranslated value, you show up differently. As a leader, as a parent or partner, as a friend, as a person whose Sundays don't dread Monday. That's the version of you the people around you have been missing.
If I can save you a few of the years, dollars, and hospital visits I spent figuring this out, that's the work.

Let's talk.
“Working with Elizabeth was truly transformational. I was amazed at all the breakthroughs we continued to have week after week. When I started working with Elizabeth, I was immobilized with fear and unable to move forward. She quickly helped me embrace my fears and level up. I would highly recommend her coaching if you are feeling stuck or stagnant in an area of your life. ”
