Design Your Next
Career or Business Chapter

For the leaders who know they've outgrown

the role but can't see what's next

You've Done Everything "Right"

and you're still not sure what's next

You've built the career with an impressive title, compensation, a busy team, with a calendar full of people who need something from you. And privately, you're not sure you can do another year of it.

The hardest part is that you don't even fully recognize the depletion. You've been running this hot for so long it just feels like work.

You're either staring at too many possible next moves and can't pick one. Or you've been at the same company so long that translating your experience outside it feels impossible. Your network is internal. Your reputation is internal. The story of what you've built is feels inconsequential in a sea of others with the same titles.

You are your company's best-kept secret, and you can't tell if that's a compliment anymore.

You've been thinking about a move for a year, maybe three. Every quarter you tell yourself it's not so bad until Sunday hits. And you realize you've rested just enough to get through it all over again.

You don't yet know whether the next move is a different role, a different industry, or building something of your own.

That's where our work together starts

Three doors. Same work.

Whatever the destination, the pivot is the same. Regulate the nervous system that's been narrowing your options. Translate decades of impact into language that gets you paid. Run the real math on what staying is actually costing you. From that ground, the right move becomes visible.

The Corporate Pivot

A new role, a new industry, or a level-up inside the right company. With the language, the negotiation prep, and the financial floor that make it a strategic decision instead of a hopeful one.

The Founder Pivot

Leaving corporate to build the thing of your own. With a real runway, a defensible offer, and the regulation work that lets you build from clarity instead of urgency. Get more details on the [Business Advising page →].

The Parallel Pivot

Staying in corporate while quietly building what's next, alongside the salary that funds it. The most common path for senior professionals who need stability now and freedom later.

You don't have to know which door is yours when you walk in. Most of my clients don't.

What Becomes Possible

Our work integrates nervous system regulation with strategic career mapping, so you stop trying to think your way out of a depleted state and start making decisions from a regulated one. You'll have language for what you've actually built, a financial plan with real numbers underneath it, and a move that's strategic rather than reactive.

When you're ready to make a change, we don't wing it; we build a tactical exit plan, so you can go with confidence, not fear.

My clients arrive succeeding externally while drowning internally. They leave with:

  • Clear boundaries instead of always-available exhaustion

  • Confident decisions instead of decision fatigue

  • Knowing how to articulate their worth and impact so they become a top earner

  • A career or business that lets them be present in life instead of what's left over after work

I've Been Where You Are

I'm Elizabeth Ruscitto, a former tech leader turned Executive and Career Pivot coach.

I started in tech at 22, making $25K. Eight years later, I was at $300K+ as a Global Director. I'd built a very specialized career. When I started thinking about leaving, I was terrified my experience wouldn't translate, and that I had painted myself into a corner with depth.

So I did what I now help my clients do. I regulated first. Then I got specific. The thing I was most afraid I'd lose, the depth of my niche career, turned out to be my biggest asset. The coaching I thought I was pivoting into was the work I'd been doing all along, by a different name.

Your title is borrowed. Your experience is yours to carry with you anywhere.

"Elizabeth is so good at picking up on nuance, both within an individual and within complicated situations. The biggest change I've experienced was a complicated job transition. It had implications for me professionally, practically, morally, emotionally, and psychologically. Elizabeth helped me navigate it seamlessly and with less turmoil than what otherwise may have been." -DK

Inside the Work

Nervous System Regulation

Evidence-based techniques

to move from survival mode

to strategic thinking.

Because you can't strategize your way out of exhaustion.

You can only regulate your way to seeing

options clearly.

Strategic Career and Business Mapping

Practical roadmaps that align with your values, energy, & the shape of your life. The translation work that turns decades of impact into language that gets you paid.

Financial Freedom Planning

A real runway with real numbers. What you need to earn, save, or bridge. The math that puts your unvested shares and benefits package in their actual place: not as the reason you can't leave, but as one variable in a bigger decision.

Decision Frameworks Built for You

Tools for choosing on purpose, not by default. So the next move is the one you actually want, not the one fear or fatigue made for you. Custom to how your mind works, your energy

runs, and your real

life is built.

Ready to Run the Numbers?

If you're done wondering whether this pace is sustainable, done sacrificing your health and your time for the compensation, and ready to take back control of the next chapter, start with the assessment.

In 20 minutes, you'll see what your job is actually costing you, in opportunities, mental health, relationships, and long-term finances. And if that math surprises you, you'll know exactly what to do about it.

Your next chapter requires a better blueprint, one that honors both your ambitions and your humanity.
