I've Been Where You Are
I'm Elizabeth Ruscitto, a former tech leader turned Executive and Career Pivot coach.
I started in tech at 22, making $25K. Eight years later, I was at $300K+ as a Global Director. I'd built a very specialized career. When I started thinking about leaving, I was terrified my experience wouldn't translate, and that I had painted myself into a corner with depth.
